Default June Club Meeting

We talked a coupe of times about doing a weekend meeting with a little cook out and beers.

The Farmer retreat was offered up but we can not make the dates work due to weddings and such at their place.

Stretch has offered up his place for the big day.

Were looking at June 28th. About the only weekend that would work for most and this will allow us to talk about the PA Jeep Show/Rausch Creek Trip in July.

Down side of his place is lack of bathrooms but we can make the trip to the store if need be and there is always the woods for the rest of us.

Were going to need a couple of grills to cook on and some volunteers to set up a couple of canopy's and to bring the side dishes and the other stuff for burgers and sausages/hotdogs.

I am hoping we can convince some trail guides to take anyone out who wants to do the local wheeling.

Post up what you think and we will see if we can get this cookout together and get ready for the July Trip.

Later Darryl

I may be confused but I think someone just said a group of people are going to Rausch creek the weekend of the 28th.

I know I am considering the Rausch creek myself but will not know until things get closer.

Darryl May want to reschedule for an earlier date.

I've got a graduation party that day for the younger sister and assorted cousins, but the weekend before is open.

I could (assuming the 21st) bring a grill and am more than willing to cook, and can probably borrow some nice canopies.

I was thinking about the RC trip then too, but if there's going to be a big cookout and wheeling locally, then I'll do that instead.

I will probably be at work on the 21st. I am buying a propane grill on the 14th and may even know how to use it by the 28th. LOL

I just can't justify a trip to RC on the 28th and then go back around July 18th for the RC/PA jeeps trip. Burgers, dogs, etc. is good for me.

I probably am going twice in 3 weeks.
The KJ run should be a nice easy trail ride with me breaking early Saturday.
That should give me time to get it fixed the rest of the bugs worked out for the PA Jeeps / RC run.

Don't get me wrong, I want to go. But fuel would kill me between both trips!
