Default Adventure Offroad Challenge travel

Hello,

Club dinner Saturday. Since everyone is going to be busy Saturday I will bring my Smoker up and do some Pork and Chicken. So for Saturday night just bring a side dish.

I have had a few people ask who is going up when.
So post up when your coming up.

Thank you

I will be heading up around noon Friday. I can bring brats and sausage for Friday night. So now all we have to do is bring sides for both nights.

I will bring a desert one night and baked beans one night.

Who can bring a grill?

Thanks Dion and Gunny for coordinating the event Looking forward to it

Trying to figure out how to go straight from the airport Friday night. I land around 4pm.

I'm confused. Is this a Saturday-Sunday event? Or a Friday - Saturday event twith ravel on Sunday?

Hey Everyone,

My son (Avery, 10) and I will be coming along for the fun of it. We are available to help however we can. I will bring a side dish for Friday and Saturday. How many mouths should I plan for? I have a tailgate grill if necessary. Let me know.

Dion, I would like to travel up on Thursday. Could I tag along with you?

Will we all be getting separate campsites or together?

Really excited to attend my first wheeling event.

Awesome Glad you can make it.
yes, You can come up Thursday. Not sure on leave time yet but will be early enough to beat the traffic around the beltway.

We have a Block of Campsites reserved so we will all be camping in the same area.

For the side dish Saturday just bring a medium size of something. I think there will be 25 people all together but not your job to feed everyone just need a side dish.

Thank you.

The Reithmeyer Convoy is heading up on Friday morning we should arrive in camp around noon. We will have 2 Travel Trailers. I have an open bed and the couch is up for grabs.

I'll bring buns for the brats and a bowl of Tater Salad.

Current plan is to leave Baltimore Friday, mid-morning. For sides I think we will make some Mac-n-Cheese each night.

Jason, Can you bring my shirts?

My current plans are to land at Dulles around 1800 Friday and head out to the Cove from there, with a Walmart stop on the way. Chevy will be at home unless someone knows somebody near Dulles I can leave it with for the week. Or wants to tow it up.

These plans are in a state of flux since Bonnie's uncle passed away last weekend. We are waiting to hear when the funeral will be in California.
