Default Which Winch to keep?

So I need to keep one of these winches for my truck and wanted to get opinions on which one to keep. The truck will weigh about 6000lbs loaded. Yes, it is a heavy pig. The two winches are a brand new Smittybilt XRC 9500 Gen2 and a pretty beat (but still working) Warn X8000i.

The Specs:

XRC 9.5
Motor: 6.6hp Series Wound
Gear Ratio: 161.28:1
Brake: Automatic In-Drum
Gear Train: 3-Stage Planetary
Waterproofing: IP67 Rating

Warn X8000i
Motor: 4.8hp Series Wound
Gear Ratio: 216.1:1
Brake: direct drive cone braking system
Gear Train: 3-Stage Planetary

Pics of the Winches

Both are good winches. I would keep the newer one and sell the other one. Well actually, I would keep them both but that's just me.

Dion, that is the way I am leaning. I just wanted to hear from the Warn people why the Warn is superior, yada yada. One of my issues is, I want to sell the T100 with a winch on it and I am not sure the X8000i will fit with the bumper on because of the big integrated solenoid pack on top. Hmm decisions.

The warn has all the aftermarket parts you would need to rebuild it from scratch if necessary.

Having just recently dealt with Smittybilt for a replacement part and having done the same with Warn in the past, I would much rather have a Warn. Their customer service is outstanding.

My main issue is I just don't know if the warn has enough umph behind it to get the 6k lb truck out of a sticky situation if I found myself in one. Not 100% sure the XRC 9.5 has enough either, but it does have 1500lb more load rating than the Warn.

What do you think I could get for the Warn? From what I have read, they were $700 new.. but that was awhile ago. I can get a XRC 12k for less than $400 (it has the same motor as the 9.5 but with lower gearing).
