Default SMAWL donation

Greetings,

If you were at the BCOR 4x4 expo, then you know the 50/50 to benefit SMAWL was a bit light...to the tune of maybe $130 total for both days. In light of this, members of the committee and the BOD have decided to commit $250 from our proceeds towards SMAWL in the form of a material donation.

I have received their "long pole in the tent" items list and have for action. Items will be procured at best price and delivered with the help of a few club volunteers on 11JUL15 at about 1500 (after the picnic).

If anyone wants to donate additional material, they are in great need of both clumping and non clumping cat litter, wet cat food (any brand), dog beds, dog collars, and dog toys. Any donations will be added to the HRC main buy and we will drive over from the lake to deliver...should take a whole 15-20 minutes, then back to the lake if we like.

Please return fire if you have questions on donations, otherwise see you at the Lake!

Shopping is done, at least from my end. Sorry Jim, didn't want to bug you while on leave. Spent $250.00 plus I made a donation. Bought clumping and non clumping Cat Litter, Dry and wet cat food, and dog collars.

SMAWL currently has over 200 cats up for adoption at their Cat Castle in the Calloway shopping center (By A&W) so anything, no matter how small (pardon the punn) will help.

Still planning on collecting up any and all donations and making a quick run over there at 1500 Sat PM, the 11th of July. Will need a few folks to help unload, around 4 should do it; then back to the lake!

See y'all at the lake
