Default Winter run to Gore

With a successful Turkey Run this past weekend let's pick a date for the Winter Run so everyone knows a timeline to get their Rigs fixed. We are looking at the end of January or the beginning of February.

I believe most of us who have CWS would have the other Friday off.

The folks who wheel this event regularly probably just need to pick a date and let everyone else know.

I talked to the folks who run the event. They asked me to post a poll to pick a weekend. So this is the poll.

My dad and brother are now coming and will be staying in a hotel. I'm still planning on staying in the cabin though, unless we need the room. Also, what can I bring food/supplies wise? Meat/veggies/chips/beer/plates and utensils...whatever would be helpful.

Figured I post up the Cabin Dining plans, as far as I know them.
Dinner Friday night is whatever you bring.
Saturday, John is smoking some Pork Butts, so bring something to go with that.
Sunday, I will have a big pot of Chili, Crackers, Frito's, and Cheese. If you want something else, bring it.
