New shoes going on this morning for the truck. Finishing going over the trailer and packing, then trying to get some sleep before the 0400 departure.

Ready to wheel!

Another great run is behind us, time to recap...

Friday morning we fired the rigs up and headed straight for trail 20 (across from rock creek) and ran that backwards. then headed into rock creek. I bailed early so as not to have to take on Otters. headed up trail 16 and headed for crawl daddy. going up crawl daddy Teddy (Treys friend from VA beach) launched himself up a rock ledge and bent a rim. took him back to the parking lot to straighten the rim and have lunch.

after lunch we went over to the quarry where we all made quick work of shoot the moon. the backside was a different story. took a little bit for each of us to get up, but we eventually made it through.

next we hit tomb stone, Cemetery, Yellow jacket. Then we hit Big O trail where the big guys got on the hard line and made it look simple and the smaller guys went up the easier (but still plenty hard) left line.

Next was trail 5 which is where John broke his rear end away from the jeep. took out two U-bolts and a driveshaft, which rotated the axle 90* under the Jeep (pinion pointing straight up). Luckily John had two spare u-bolts and we were able to get him going pretty quickly.

we then had an awesome group dinner with everyone at the Red Lion.

Saturday morning we went over to the northeast property. hit upper and lower talisman, affliction and devils den. Then hit a pretty neat red trail near the entrance to the NE property called F*.

Then we hit Jotters and the Red trail behind the comp course. I might have a hole in the center of my passenger seat from Patrick's pucker factor when I had a tire come up and almost rolled on Jotters.

Next up with the trail 5 hill climb which everyone who attempted made look stupid easy. then we hit the shoot the moon again and ended with an insane V notch that I believe is off CV.

S,o we basically hit all the known red obstacle's and ran all over the park.

All in all, it was a great weekend of wheeling with great friends. can't wait to do it again.

TSP award contenders.

John Kelly for his rear axle U-bolts
Teddy for his bent wheel
