So, I guess we'll just have to hope for body damage instead.

How's the super torque diesel 4 banger build going? Guess we should take this to another tread though!

You'd need that 4 speed atlas with the 10-1 reduction for your LS1 to turn that axle, and 53 inch tires for the differential to clear flat ground.

5mph at 5k rpm sounds about right. Oh and I'll need Lindsay's 8" diameter driveshaft

$800 - Engine w/accessories, NV3550 trans w/shifter, ECM, harness, radiator, pedals, etc.. 60k miles, runs perfect.

I finally got started on it. Pic was taken yesterday. Got the exhaust off, everything disconnected from the engine, transfer case and driveshafts disconnected.. Also spent a good hour tearing into the main harness seperating out what needs to be kept and what was ECM/engine harness related. What a pita that was. I've got the chains on the motor and will be pulling that out first thing Sun morning. Also dropping the gas tank. Pushing a dead weight Jeep in and out of the garage is loads of fun too

Yeah, it's pretty dirty.
